At Meet Digital Solutions, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable under the following condition:

  • A refund request will be accepted only if the project work has NOT been started, and

  • No purchases have been made on behalf of the client, including but not limited to:

    • Domain registration

    • Web hosting/server services

    • Paid themes, plugins, software licenses

    • Any third-party tools or services required for the project

Non-Refundable Cases

Once any of the following actions occur, refunds will not be possible:

  • Project work has been initiated

  • Domain, server, plugin, theme, or any digital asset has been purchased

  • Design, development, or technical work has started

  • Resources, manpower, or time has been allocated to the project

This is because the payment made by the client is used to begin work and secure required resources specifically for the project.

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation before work begins by sending a written request via email.

  • Once the project has started, cancellation will not be eligible for any refund.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
